Maybe this sounds familiar

Maybe gardening is closer to you than you think.

Interest can hide behind old assumptions, limited space, pests, time, or the feeling that gardening belongs to someone else.

What might be getting in the way?

“I don’t have a green thumb.”

“I don’t have the space.”

“Gardening isn’t for me.”

“I’ll probably kill it.”

“I don’t have the time.”

You do not have to argue with those thoughts today. Pipling can begin by understanding where they came from and what, if anything, already makes you curious.

Pip meets you where you are

Find your way in, or get straight to the garden.

I’m still finding my way in

Begin with what you enjoy, notice, or wonder about. Pip can help you explore flowers, food, wildlife, public gardens, family activities, or your own yard without pushing you to plant before you are ready.

Go straight to practical support. Organize plants and spaces, understand what needs attention, track supplies such as fertilizers, treatments, and soil amendments, and get guidance grounded in your actual garden.

Meet Pip

A companion, not another taskmaster.

Pip pays attention to your plants and spaces, weather, light, season, changes, preferences, and readiness. Then Pip helps you decide what matters now and what can wait.

  • Existing plant and garden-space management
  • Supply inventory for fertilizers, soil amendments, pest treatments, and other essentials
  • Two-year garden visualizations from a mapped yard or photos of your current space
  • A direct practical route for active gardeners
  • A gentler discovery route for hesitant people
  • No streaks, overdue counts, red badges, or guilt

Why it matters

A little more nature can reach further than the garden.

A connection with the living world can support wellbeing, movement, learning, relationships, and biodiversity. We present the research with context and without miracle claims.

For your mind

Time with plants can offer calm, attention, and room to recover from stress.

For your body

Gardening can create useful movement, sensory engagement, and reasons to spend time outside.

For the living world

Many small gardens can add up to habitat, food, shade, and healthier shared landscapes.

Our story

I didn’t build Pipling from a perfect garden.

I studied agronomy, then spent twenty-five years in software and let most of that knowledge disappear. When I returned to gardening, I did not return as an expert. I returned with depression, anxiety, ADHD, an unfinished yard, and a rose garden that somehow took two months.

The garden did not keep score. Plants waited, changed, recovered, and sometimes surprised me. Pipling grew from the companion I needed: patient, attentive, and able to help me choose one useful next step.
